To avoid unnecessary duplication of effort, Class has a facility to set up a group of students and assign booking items or packages to all (or selected) students in the group. Simply create the group and add students (or use student import functionality) and your booking items as required.

Class also has a comprehensive group invoicing capability.

Quotes

Class lets you create a quote for a defined number of students, with just a few clicks. Add students’ quantity, select your booking items and send your quote directly to the agent.
When a quote is accepted by the agent it can be easily converted to a Group by just one click of the button.
