How do I produce a statistical weeks report by price item?

You would need to create an Invoicing statistics report, adding in the “Price Item” to the “Sort” field and then adding the price items you wish to report on.  Then within the “Values Used” field on the “Invoicing” tab of the report select “Statistical Weeks”

How do correspondence languages within Class work?

Class is not a multilingual, however all the products sold that are set up within the price list including tuition, accommodation, transfers and sundries can be named in the relevant languages in order for invoices and documents to be produced showing the booking details in the required language.

Users with Administrator privileges in Class no longer have to enter the ‘Old Password’ field when changing a user’s password.

However, Non- administrator users will still have to supply the existing password before it can be changed.

In the UK agents generally receive a discount or commission off the gross price of the tuition they book.  Sundry items are occasionally discounted, for example the registration/booking fee.

There are three different price types for setting agent discounts & Commissions. These are set up directly within the agents record in Class.

You may make a manual payment to a host for one of the following reasons:

To write off a payment

For example: A family owes the school money, but the school is unable to collect the money for whatever reason. The value will be displayed in the ‘Outstanding Transactions’ section of the accommodation payment Run Results page.

Students often request additional options after arrival and once they have started their studies.  Their invoice has often been processed and all fees paid, but they need to be invoiced for further items.  Some examples of the additional fees are:

Extra lessons
Exam Fees
Book Fees
Accommodation

This can be achieved by using the ‘Booking & Production’ or the ‘Booking & Production (Extended)’ reports.

Also if you are just comparing year on year for just one particular agent this can be viewed within the individual agent, this is a quick way to see how an agent is performing over a specific period.
