Add/Edit as required.
If it is intended to use multiple languages for either correspondence or price lists (items), then tick the additional correspondence languages.
DO NOT tick your default language, eg. English.
Only tick additional languages, eg. German, French etc.
The default language is not set up as such.
All documents, when created, are set to be the "default language".

The system will use the default language, eg, English for price list names if one doesn't exist in the language specified.
For example, a German agent may have the Correspondence Language set as German, but if no 'German' price item description exists, the system will use the default language (the one set on the first screen).
