The Exported spreadsheet is to allow prices to be adjusted, and re-imported (subject to having the Import module) for Price updates.
New items cannot be updated during this process. It is important to note that the exported spreadsheets is "protected" to maintain the integrity of the format of the data, in case it is to be re-imported.

Enter if required

Currency
Enter if required

Price Date
Enter the "price list date" for export. If seasonal prices are used, you may need to export several files.
Only Export - update if appropriate
Create Default - update if appropriate

Export All Prices
If selected, the "price breaks" below will be left blank.
If de-selected, "price breaks! are entered.
The price breaks indicate when the weekly price rate changes

Price Adjustment %
Entering an adjustment allows a percentage increase/decrease to the prices to be reflected.
Typically used as a starting point for next year's prices.

Export - Language Names
Only required if use is made of the price multi-language option.

Default Courses
Select if the default courses for tuition items is required.

Price Item Links
Select if Price Item "linked items" are used, and are required in the export.

Web Languages
Export if Price Item languages are used, and are required.

Filename
This must be entered. File extension is not required.

Directory
Update if required.

Export Order
Select if required

Details are exported to Excel:
