Intake dates for any group of courses (Price Items) can be set up and used to validate course dates when entering enrolments.
Examples: General English, Cambridge, Summer Courses, GCSE, etc.

Enter relevant details and select the year (you will need to set dates for each subsequent year when they are known).
Then enter the price items relevant to this grouping.

When enrolments are entered, the system will warn if dates do not match.
Valid Intake Dates can be selected, or entered dates used by selecting "Use Booking Date":
