Once a direct student or an agent has made a booking via the web dll module (see second half of Web Enabling entitled 'Class Web View), all the information entered will be sent to the Class Database:

It is then for you to decide whether to accept or decline the bookings.
If accepted, then it will automatically be converted into a booking.
