Student - Search

The highlighted column indicates the search key. Searches may be made on any single heading.
If a number is entered, the system will assume (after entry of the 3rd digit), that the search is by Student ID.
This is a quick way of finding a student where the number is known.

Student - Close Matching
Close Matching will match any of the characters entered onto any part of the name eg, "ome", will find Gomez, Homer, Omeran etc.

The status may also be set to refine the search:

Note, the system returns the first 25 matches. "Find More" will search for the next 25. Alternatively the number retrieved can be changed to any number.

Enquiries are shown in blue for ease of identification.
Students without a booking have the status shown in red.
